The Frederick Allen Elks Lodge #609 and its auxilary-sister Mary A. Carter Temple #362 -- I.B.P.O.E. of W. chartered-members since 1925 -- are located at 69 Beekman Street, embedded in the heart of Saratoga Springs’ Art District. With the mission of cultivating the principles of "Charity, Justice, Fidelity, and Brotherly-Sisterly Love," the Lodge is the historical heart of Saratoga Springs' African American citizens and continues to serve and support our community and the humanitarian needs of our city and people, across all diverse demographics.
