Description
All the “coins” are approximately 2″ in diameter. They are “struck” from heavy art paper, tinted with mineral pigments and metallic powders. They are then backed for durability on more heavy art paper and the result is not bendable.
Get several, unmounted or unmatted, and create your own display. The coins have two coats of archival fixative, to keep the pigment powders in place, but nothing will prevent them from wearing if handled; they will need to be protected in some way, somewhat like collectors’ stamps but much less fragile.
